Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable team of basement underpinners. The successful candidates will be responsible for stabilising and underpinning basement structures, ensuring safety and compliance with building standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team on various construction sites.
Duties
 
* Assist in the excavation and preparation of sites for basement construction.
 
* Installation of Drainage and package pump systems.
 
* Reinforcement fixing and concreting works/finishing
 
* Formwork and shuttering - traditional timber and aluminium formwork systems
 
* Installation of Delta Membranes and similar waterproofing systems
 
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
 
* Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently as required.
 
* Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
 
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
 
* Previous experience in groundwork or basement construction is preferred.
 
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
 
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
 
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
 
* Full clean driving licence
