Job Title: Drylining Estimator
Location: Hertfordshire
Type: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities- Produce accurate, competitive cost estimates based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project requirements and resolve queries.
- Prepare and submit tenders while ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Source and negotiate competitive pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, tender submissions, and client feedback.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience within the construction industry.
- Specific experience in drylining estimating.
- Immediately available or able to give a month's notice.
- Ability to travel to Hertfordshire or be locally based.
