Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Working Site Supervisorto join our construction team. The successful candidate will lead and supervise site operatives while remaining hands-on with day-to-day construction activities. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and lead site operatives and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Carry out hands-on construction work alongside the workforce as required.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks to ensure work programmes are achieved.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Promote and enforce health and safety regulations, carrying out daily site checks and ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks where required.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and progress against programme.
• Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Order, monitor, and manage materials, plant, and equipment to avoid delays.
