Our client is a leading enabling and demolition contractor with an enviable reputation for safety, quality and delivery.
Due to continued work success in the region of Herts, Beds and Bucks, they are now keen to identify a new Demolition experienced Site Manager for delivering Demo projects comprising Strip Out, Cut & Carve, Top Down packages.
Our client is an investor in it's staff and work force, always striving to develop their people personally and professionally.
The Applicant:
Demonstrable track record in delivering demolition projects successfully.
Gold Card, Black CSCS card. Asbestos Awareness, Mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Computer literate.
Commercial Awareness.
Safety Conscious.
