They are now looking to appoint an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team.

The Role Based from the company's North Manchester office , you will work as part of an experienced commercial team, with projects located across Manchester and Lancashire . The role offers a genuine hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days working from home each week . You will gain exposure to a varied portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects, including:
Building refurbishments Commercial refurbishments and extensions Social housing refurbishment Cladding and external refurbishment works Other construction and refurbishment projects Depending on experience, your responsibilities will include cost management, valuations, variations, subcontractor management, procurement, cost reporting, change control and commercial administration . About You We are looking for an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with experience within the construction, refurbishment or related sectors.
