About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
Long term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in St Albans.
I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the United Kingdom in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.
This an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 12 months. An opportunity to work with a refurbishment and maintenance contractors who specialise in office and healthcare units.
They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Main contractor.
The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor:- Main contracting experience
- Commercial experience
