Customer Delivery Assistant
Salary: £27,132 to £28,871 inclusive annual salary plus Local Government Pension Scheme.
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months.
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week).
Location: Flexible working options (including hybrid). Offices located in St Albans near the station (London St Pancras 20 minutes), shops and restaurants.

About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with the Customer Delivery team, providing excellent customer service to our residents. You will assist customers with a wide range of enquiries by telephone, face‑to‑face or digitally and complete casework, offering you the chance to grow and learn new skills.
