Viewing Guide

We have an opportunity for a customer service focused professional to join our award‑winning team in St Albans.

The majority of your day will be spent accompanying applicants and prospective buyers to properties. In addition, you will spend time office‑based, dealing with prospective and existing clients on the telephone and in person, delivering the exceptional customer service that Ashtons is renowned for.

• Previous experience in the Estate Agency Industry would be desired but not essential.
• Have 2 years+ experience in a customer service or sales environment and be confident in dealing with the public both face‑to‑face and on the telephone.
• Can confidently and professionally communicate and conduct viewings with customers looking to purchase properties or land with high value.
• Positive, energetic, can‑do approach and enjoy a busy environment.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• IT literate and able to confidently use all Microsoft Packages.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own your own car.

Sundays 10am - 3pm

£13.25 per hour
