Preconstruction Design Lead

Every Main Contractor knows that bids are often won in design. A brilliant Preconstruction Design Lead is the difference between a compliant submission and the one that the end client simply cannot ignore. One of the UK's hottest Main Contractors is looking for exactly that person! Our partner, a £500m turnover business, is on the hunt for a knockout Preconstruction Design Lead to oversee multiple D&B projects across London and the South.

As a business they are cooking, they have firmly established themselves in the UK Data Centre market, with a growing number of live projects. Alongside this sits a strong pipeline of Industrial & Logistics, Pharma & Life Sciences, Clean Energy and Commercial work. They need a Preconstruction Design Lead to own design across the region's bids and newly won projects.
