Do you love the outdoors and enjoy helping young people thrive beyond the classroom? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Outdoor Learning Facilitator to join a supportive primary/SEN setting in the St Albans area.

  Full‑time, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

  January 2026

• Leading outdoor learning sessions that inspire curiosity and build practical skills
• Supporting pupils with SEN in small groups or one‑to‑one
• Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels included
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
• Helping design engaging outdoor activities that link to the curriculum

• Experience working with children or young people (school, camp, youth work, outdoor education, etc.)
• A passion for nature‑based learning
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Willingness to get stuck in, be hands‑on, and adapt to the needs of the day
