Reeson Education are assisting a newly opening St. Albans specialist school in September by recruiting an experienced SENCO to join the leadership team. The role oversees SEN provision for autistic pupils aged 4 to 13, leading SEND across the school and shaping outstanding support.
You will collaborate with families, therapists and external professionals, manage EHCP processes, and drive inclusive teaching strategies while inspiring staff to improve outcomes for children with complex needs.
