Full time: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks
Annual salary: H8 (£35,163 - £38,008), with possibility of H9 (£39,881 - £42,500) for suitably qualified candidates. Pay award pending.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated person to the post of Estates Manager. The post holder will lead the site team and be responsible for day-to-day operational management of the school site. They will also play a key role in the strategic planning for capital projects and buildings maintenance, and implement the site development plan. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to lead a team, have excellent communications skills and be committed to improving the environment for our students and staff.

Sandringham School is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three primary, one nursery and infants’, one juniors and five secondary.
