What You'll Do
  • Support children aged 2-5 with their daily learning and development.
  • Deliver engaging, play-based activities that encourage creativity and exploration.
  • Promote early language, literacy, numeracy, and social development.
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
  • Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment.
  • Work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to support every child's individual needs and developmental milestones.
What We're Looking For
  • A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to commute to St. Albans.
