We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a welcoming 4-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding, child-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference while developing their leadership career.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll support the overall management of the home, mentor and develop staff, work closely with families and professionals, oversee care planning, monitor outcomes, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

What We Offer

* Excellent career progression, including the opportunity to become a Registered Manager.

* Funded qualifications, paid training, full induction, regular supervision and genuine ongoing development.

* Competitive salary with enhanced pay for qualifications and experience, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, life assurance and a staff referral bonus.

* Free meals on shift, free Enhanced DBS, Employee Assistance Programme, retail and lifestyle discounts, and 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.

What We're Looking For

You'll hold a Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce or Health & Social Care qualification and have experience supporting children with challenging behaviour, ideally within a residential setting. You'll be a confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people, we'd love to hear from you.
