This SEN Teaching Assistant position is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to support children with a range of additional needs, helping them grow in confidence, develop socially and emotionally, and achieve their full academic potential.

• Deliver 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Assist with small group interventions
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence
• Adapt learning activities to suit individual pupils
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families

• Compassionate, patient and enthusiastic
• Experienced working with children (SEN experience is beneficial but not essential)
• A proactive team player
• Able to travel to St. Albans
• Passionate about supporting children to succeed

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client’s pay policy.
