Location: St. Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: Competitive daily rates ( 93- 95 per day, depending on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Early Years experience who is committed to helping children flourish both academically and socially within a nurturing education and training environment.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative Early Years lessons.
• Work closely with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social skills through play-based learning.
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom preparation, observations, and learning activities.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting, either in a primary school or nursery.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential).
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
