Are you an experienced Primary Teacher, SEN Teacher or Unqualified Teacher looking for flexible supply work in and around St Albans?
We are working with a range of welcoming primary and SEN schools across St Albans and the surrounding areas, looking for reliable, enthusiastic teachers who can make a positive impact in the classroom.
Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, regular weekly work or longer-term opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of primary and SEN settings, supporting pupils and maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment.
You may be asked to:
Deliver lessons and follow existing lesson plans.
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and consistently.
Support pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs.
Adapt your approach to meet individual pupil needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and school leaders.
Provide continuity and stability for pupils during staff absence.
Support the wider life of the school where required.
Who We're Looking For
We are interested in hearing from:
Qualified Teachers with QTS and primary teaching experience.
Teachers with experience working in SEN/SEND schools or specialist settings.
Unqualified Teachers who have at least 12 months' teaching experience within a UK school.
Experienced teachers who are confident teaching across different year groups.
Teachers who are adaptable, reliable and able to quickly settle into new school environments.
Candidates who have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Requirements for Unqualified Teachers
If you do not hold QTS, you must have:
At least 12 months' experience working as an unqualified teacher within a UK school.
Experience in a primary or SEN setting would be highly desirable.
