On offer is the opportunity to join a business that has been established for 30 years within the building services industry, specialising in the design of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. They take on projects in multiple sectors such as leisure, commercial, educational, and residential, providing a variety of projects to work on.

This role involves maintaining models and ensuring all project information meets client BIM requirements and company standards. You will work closely with engineers, designers and project teams to support efficient, model-based project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would suit someone with a BIM/MEP Coordination background or similar, looking to join a company that will invest in your career development and provide clear paths to progression.
