Engineering Technician, CAD​/ AutoCAD​/ Mechanical Design

Tony Gee and Partners is looking for a CAD Technician to join their multi-disciplinary team based in St Albans.

As a CAD Technician in the St Albans office, you will support our teams to deliver a variety of exciting and interesting projects. We work across multiple sectors, using our design expertise to find innovative solutions for our clients.

• Minimum HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical subject

• Typically 3 or more years' experience in industry
• Use of CAD Software - Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation / Revit / Civil 3D
• Ability to produce accurate and appropriate engineering drawings and models in an efficient and effective manner
• Good communication skills

• Experience in use of Project Wise or other Common Data Environments
• Eng Tech or professional recognition with another institution.
• Experience in any of the following;
  Structures, Drainage, Geotechnical, Civils and Highways working in the Rail / Highways and Power and Energy Sectors.
