Financial Adviser – St Albans

We are working with a well‑established and rapidly growing wealth management firm, part of one of Europe’s largest financial advisory groups, to appoint a Financial Adviser into their St Albans office.

The business currently manages circa £2bn AUM and has a clearly defined, well‑funded growth strategy to reach approximately £10bn AUM over the next five years. Growth is being driven through a combination of organic activity and multiple acquisitions planned across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

This role is ideal for an adviser who enjoys focusing on high‑quality client advice and long‑term relationship building, supported by strong infrastructure, systems, and back‑office support.

• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
• Manage and develop an existing client bank, with access to additional clients through acquisitions and internal referrals
• Ensure advice and client outcomes meet regulatory and compliance standards
• Work closely with paraplanning, administration, and compliance teams to deliver an efficient, high‑quality client experience
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records and documentation

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser within an IFA or wealth management environment
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
• Professional, client‑focused, and quality‑driven
• Comfortable working within a structured, well‑supported advisory environment
