Overview:

A rare opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to join an established Mortgage Brokers that receive leads from loyal and dedicated new build sites throughout the South East.

Main Duties:

My client requires an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to work in a centralised office in St. Albans, alongside a team of Mortgage Brokers.

This role encourages the successful applicant to visit clients in their homes in the London and even Kent areas, with all expenses covered.

Our client has excellent links to various new build sites throughout the South East where the successful broker will receive between 10 – 12 leads per month currently and 8 – 9 mortgages are signed up.

Based on the leads provided at present, the team are producing £7k - £12k in proc fees and protection business.

This is a fast-paced role where you will be required to deal with the new build leads on a day to day basis and the act upon the clients’ interest immediately. You may also have to work 1 weekend in 4.

Ideally you will have access to a small client bank of your own to “top up” the leads generated via the loyal introducer.

Key

Skills:

• Fully CeMAP or CF1 & CF6 or MAQ qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisers.
• An existing client bank along with repeat business would be a distinctive advantage.

Summary:

Excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from a busy office in the St. Albans area, with a basic to £30k and high earnings potential.
