A growing and highly successful financial services business is seeking a Finance Administrator to join its finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop a long-term career within finance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations of the business, ensuring the accurate processing, reconciliation and recording of financial information.

Key Responsibilities Income Reconciliations- Process and reconcile income across provider statements, commission reports, bank accounts and internal systems.
- Ensure all income is accurately recorded and allocated to the appropriate accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, liaising with internal stakeholders where required.
- Record and monitor fee income across multiple business streams.
- Support the tracking and reporting of new business activity.
- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice checking, coding and payment preparation.
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records within the finance system.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain missing documentation and resolve invoice queries.
- Ensure supplier and contact records remain up to date.
- Manage and respond to finance-related queries via the shared finance inbox.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Support month-end processes and financial controls.
- Assist with expense management and related administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and efficiencies.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider finance function.
- Previous experience within a finance administration, accounts assistant, finance assistant or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using accounting systems such as Net Suite, Xero, Sage, Quick Books or similar.
- Previous experience within financial services, wealth management, professional services or a regulated environment.
