We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Finance Officer to join our client's collaborative and friendly team. As Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality. Working within a small and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and future growth of the finance function. We are looking for someone who is keen to build a long-term career and who can bring a flexible and adaptable approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial and accounting processes. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Process financial transactions efficiently and accurately. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies where required. Support financial reporting and provide administrative assistance to the finance team. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information. Assist with projects aimed at improving and shaping future finance processes and systems.
Contribute to the continuous development and potential expansion of the finance function. About You Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Adaptable, flexible, and willing to support business improvement initiatives. Keen to develop a long-term career within a growing organisation.
