St Albans City and District Council is seeking an enthusiastic, organised individual to join the Housing Asset Team on a 20-month fixed term contract. You will support statutory compliance across gas, electrical and other building safety work streams, coordinating inspections, servicing programmes and access arrangements.
The role requires a degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant experience, plus strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
