Position Summary

Full Time/Part Time – Permanent

Hours:

20–35 hours per week

Pay: £13.61 per hour weekdays, £14.61 per hour weekends

• Provide personal care and support, including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and help with meals, hydration and nutritional care.
• Assist residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Build positive and professional relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Follow individualised personal care plans.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

• You do not need prior experience in a similar care environment; strong empathy, a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential, and training will be provided.
• You will be able to carry out all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect to meet their physical, emotional and social needs.
• You will receive first‑class induction training and ongoing learning and development opportunities, including the chance to work toward industry‑recognised qualifications.
• You must be willing to work shifts, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays, as the homes operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this role.
