A luxury country house hotel in St Albans is seeking a passionate Guest Services Manager to inspire the Front Office team and ensure exceptional service. Key responsibilities include overseeing pre-arrival experiences, leading the team, and championing guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting, strong communication skills, and experience with Opera PMS.
