• Deliver exceptional, friendly and professional service to all guests.
• Craft and serve high‑quality drinks, including cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well‑stocked bar at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests on beverages.
• Uphold Sopwell House's standards of luxury and hospitality.
• Work closely with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Help create a warm, welcoming and memorable atmosphere.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in hospitality or a luxury setting.
• Strong barista and bartending skills – essential for this role.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confident, professional and personable with great communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Shifts are based around the Octagon Bar's hours (12:00 PM-12:30 AM). We may run from 11:30 AM to 1:30 AM. Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.

• 2 Full‑Time Positions (40 hours) – £26,862.00 per annum plus service charge.
