Systems Administrator, IT Support
Our client who is a growing MSP require an experienced IT Support Engineer. No two days will be the same, as you will work across varied technical infrastructures. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and play a pivotal part of a customer focused support team. Our client will offer you a supportive working environment. You will be responsible for resolving 1 st – 3 rd line tickets end to end.
Responsibilities- Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of IT systems
- Resolving 1 st – 3 rd line tickets
- Visit client sites and working remotely via phone, email and remote access
- Working on projects, improvements and migrations
- Support windows server, RDS, AD, Hyper-V and Azure environments
- Fully document tickets and update cases
- Manage devices via RMM and Intune
- Proven experience of working in a similar role for an MSP
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Driving license and own car (required for client visits)
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Strong Microsoft 365 admin experience
- Windows Server, AD, Intune, Security
- Hyper V and RDS knowledge
- Ideally have azure depth, Connect Wise and Powershell experience
