Senior IT Engineer & Cloud Administrator

Salary: £42,550 - 42,550 per year

• Experience providing 1st to 3rd line support within a structured IT environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.
• Experience administering Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra , and Hyper‑V environments.
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking, and core Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, desktop hardware, and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to manage infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and ongoing operational support.
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Support and develop our internal IT environment.
• Work closely with the Head of IT Services on the day‑to‑day operation, development, and continual improvement of our IT infrastructure.
• Support a globally dispersed user base across both on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Cover the full IT lifecycle, from planning and implementation through to ongoing administration and support.
• Provide infrastructure support, cloud administration, system improvement, user support, and strategic IT project input.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and ongoing operational support.
