Reboot Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Help Desk Engineer to join a global technology business specialising in high-performance server, storage and data centre solutions in St Albans. This is a specialist hardware support role working on enterprise-level server/storage environments.
You'll diagnose hardware faults, troubleshoot server and networking issues, manage RMAs and coordinate warranty repairs, with hybrid working 1–2 days in the office each week.
