Costa Coffee is seeking a Data Analyst (People Insights) to own complex Power BI reporting and analytics across the workforce. You’ll design reusable semantic models, govern DAX/Power Query solutions, and translate data into executive-level narratives for informed people decisions.
You’ll also deliver auditable outputs (Gender Pay Gap, pensions, headcount) and develop advanced insights, including predictive analytics, while coaching peers within the Analytics Centre of Excellence.
