Position: Associate Family Solicitor (Permanent)
Our client is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join their highly regarded Family team, ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500, Band 1 in Chambers UK 2025, and recognised in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2025. Associate Family Solicitor responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of complex family matters, including finance, divorce, nuptial agreements, relocation, and children issues.
Drive collaboration and cross-selling to support firmwide growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members while balancing fee-earning and wider responsibilities.
Meet fee targets, deliver KPIs, and progress client matters efficiently to completion
Monitor market developments to identify opportunities and win quality, profitable new business.
Strong expertise and passion in your legal field, with up-to-date market knowledge
Commercially aware, with strategic thinking and business development skills
Client-focused, building and maintaining strong relationships
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop others
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Professional, driven, and committed to high standards
