The Global Coffee Supply Manager is responsible for end-to-end global planning and coordination of coffee supply.
Beginning withthe
Monthly consolidation of global net coffee demand (resupply to marketsto meet primary sales demand) acrossan
18M+ S&OP horizon, followed bythe translation of FG into green bean demand, the rolebridgesexecutional supply chain and procurement activitiestodelivertrue E2E coffee management.
From inbound raw material supply and storage through to delivery at roasteriesand finished goods supply to markets,the position balances availability, cost &cashandensures Costa’s coffee supply is constantly optimised.
The positionalsoencompassescoverage reporting, supplier performance management and resilience planning, while driving continuous improvement and supporting S&OP processes and system rollouts.

Who you are:It’syour unique ingredients we’reinterested in:
An experienced supply chain professional with strong global supply planning, inventory management, and supplier management expertise, ideally in FMCG or retail.
Confident working with senior stakeholders across planning, procurement, finance and operations, building effective relationships at all levels.
Highly analytical and numerate, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage complex…
