Gates of St Albans is seeking a Diagnostician Technician to join our team. You will liaise between customers and the workshop, perform road tests, review job cards, and provide progress updates. Some repairs require senior input with Ford technical support where needed. A strong team player with a driving licence is essential.
Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rotating schedule. A joining bonus of £2,000 is offered, plus an OTE of £37,211–£40,310 and company benefits.
