Cleaning Supervisor

Kindred are looking for a hardworking and reliable cleaning supervisor to be based in an educational building located in St Albans, Hertfordshire.,

• Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.
• Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.
• Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
  Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
• Can reliably commute to the site location.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Able to fulfil the fixed shift patterns of the role.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Experience in managing stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.

• Experience with in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations (e.g., COSHH).
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
• Relevant certifications in cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
