Overview

Branch Manager/Lister - Marshalswick

Salary: Basic £30,000 - OTE £70,000, pool car or car allowance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Marshalswick branch, driving performance and delivering high standards of service.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships; win new business and expand the client base.
  • Proactively manage valuations with a deep understanding of the property market.
  • Collaborate with a team to meet and exceed targets and KPIs; motivate and develop staff.
  • Utilise local knowledge of the surrounding area to benefit the business.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in residential sales.
  • Excellent management skills; listing and instruction experience; a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Focused to lead and motivate a team and to win new business.
  • Proactive with a keen eye for detail; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Working knowledge of the surrounding area is preferred.
The Individual
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Able to engage and work well within a successful team.
