Mobile Branch Manager

Location: St Albans and surrounding area

Job Type: Permanent, full time

Pay: £26,520 per annum starting, increasing to £27,560 after trial period. Uncapped weekly bonus available.

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends; overtime may be available.

Job Description

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include overseeing operations in various branches and providing relief service when a colleague is absent. You will ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with the company strategy, deliver excellent customer service, promote a positive working environment, and provide training and assessment. As a mobile manager, you will operate flexibly across a broad range of activities, working closely with Area Managers and Area Development Managers to maintain effective area operations.

You will be expected to complete an act of kindness for customers or colleagues each day.
