Head of Company Secretarial – London An exciting senior leadership opportunity has arisen with a unique FTSE backed professional services business. This role sits within a growing Corporate Secretarial Services team, offering the chance to lead a high-performing function, deliver strategic governance services and drive business growth across a diverse UK client base.

Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of UK entity management and governance services Act as senior advisor to high-profile clients Drive business development and identify growth opportunities Manage and develop a team of 20–25 professionals Oversee departmental budgets, resourcing and profitability Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Key Skills & Experience CGI/ICSA qualified with extensive UK CoSec experience Proven leadership and team management capability Strong commercial awareness and business development track record Experience advising listed companies and complex groups Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Hybrid This role benefits from a hybrid working set-up of 3 days per week in the office after the initial 3 month probation period.
