Location: London Colney
St Dunstan’s Education Group invites applications for a Director of People to lead HR across a growing family of schools. You will report to the COO with a dotted line to the CEO and manage an eight-person team, shaping culture and people systems.
You will ensure safeguarding compliance, oversee recruitment, development and wellbeing, and partner with school heads to drive a high‑trust, inclusive working environment in a not‑for‑profit education group.
