Finance Manager (Newly Qualified) | Hertfordshire | Hybrid

£60,000 + Benefits | 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote

Are you a newly qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant looking to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with a big household name, leading business in Hertfordshire to recruit a Finance Manager who will play a key role in driving commercial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Working closely with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams, you'll lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, providing clear insight into business performance and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll also support commercial initiatives, pricing decisions and new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for a newly qualified finance professional with strong analytical skills, excellent Excel capability and a desire to develop within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
