At HEP
, we’re looking for an Admissions Team Leader to lead a high-performing team and help deliver an exceptional applicant experience — from application through to enrolment.

This is more than a people-management role. You’ll have real ownership of performance, quality, compliance and continuous improvement
, using data and insight to make admissions faster, smarter and more effective.

• Lead and develop a team of Admissions Coordinators through coaching, 1:1s, QA and performance management.
• Own KPIs and MI
  , driving turnaround times, accuracy, workload management and SLA performance.
• Champion accuracy and compliance
  , overseeing eligibility checks, document verification and admissions decisions.
• Improve processes
  , developing workflows, SOPs and quality controls to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Manage complex cases and build strong relationships with our university partners.
• Shape the student journey
  , working closely with Enrolment, Retention and Partner Support.
• Use data to drive change
  , developing dashboards and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.

• Higher Education admissions experience
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong admissions compliance and policy knowledge
• Experience with KPIs, SLAs, MI and process improvement
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional applicant experience
