Understanding Solutions is the consulting division of the award-winning Understanding Recruitment Group.

We partner with organisations across software engineering, data and emerging technologies, delivering outcome-based technology projects through Statements of Work (SoW). Rather than simply providing resource, we work closely with our clients to deliver successful project outcomes and long-term value.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Client Services Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in ensuring every client engagement runs smoothly from onboarding through to successful project delivery.

The Role

This is a varied role where you'll act as the central point of contact for both clients and placed consultants, ensuring projects remain on track, risks are managed, communication is clear and our clients receive an exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Head of Solutions, Sales and Talent Delivery teams, you'll help drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities to continually improve how we deliver our consultancy services.
