As Senior RGM Manager, International Retail, you’ll shape and deliver Revenue Growth Management strategies that unlock profitable growth across Costa’s international markets. You’ll bring global best practice to life at a local level, partnering with market leaders and Costa’s Global RGM Centre of Excellence to optimise pricing, promotions, store segmentation and commercial performance. Combining strong analytics with commercial judgement, you’ll embed a consistent RGM approach, build capability across the region and explore new opportunities that strengthen decision‑making and maximise returns.
