UK&I Energy Manager – Permanent – St Albans At Costa Coffee, we are what we craft. We’re reimagining coffee experiences in over 50 countries and counting, as a key part of the Coca-Cola System. As Energy Manager, you’ll lead the management of energy and water across Costa’s owned UK and Ireland operations, including our stores and Roastery.

You’ll oversee utility performance, consumption data, budgets and supplier relationships, while identifying and delivering efficiency projects that reduce costs, resource use and carbon emissions. Working closely with Property, Operations, Finance, Procurement and Sustainability teams, you’ll provide expert guidance, support Costa’s wider ESG ambitions and ensure compliance with UK environmental legislation and reporting requirements. Manage Costa’s energy and water provision across its UK and Ireland owned operations, ensuring contracts, suppliers and utility services perform effectively. Monitor consumption, maintain accurate data and oversee annual budgets and forecasts for electricity, gas and water across the estate. Identify and deliver cost-effective energy and water efficiency projects that reduce consumption, costs and carbon emissions. Partner with Property, Operations, Finance, Procurement and Sustainability teams to resolve issues and embed resource efficiency into everyday operations.
