Sway Me Good is an affiliate and influencer platform helping creators monetise their everyday content and helping brands partner with creators efficiently. From creator tools like Sway Site and Affiliate Hub to our Paid Collaborations marketplace for brands, we’re building a smarter ecosystem for the creator economy.
The RoleYou’ll own our content strategy end-to-end across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In and X, developing a cohesive look, voice and cadence that feels premium and on‑brand. You’ll also drive B2B content (lead magnets, articles, case studies) and support ad creative with organic‑driven concepts. SEO and AI‑assisted GEO content are bonus levers you’ll help us test.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute a multi‑platform content strategy to grow organic reach, engagement and brand authority.
- Plan and brief short‑form video content (hooks, scripts, storyboards, captions), collaborating with creators/editors.
- Maintain and evolve visual identity and brand voice across channels for a professional, cohesive presence.
- Create and edit B2B assets: blog posts, lead magnets/whitepapers, case studies and email content.
- Support performance marketing with adapting/concepting organic concepts for paid social campaigns.
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and measure impact.
- Analyse channel metrics, report insights and continuously refine content based on data.
- 3+ years in content strategy/social/digital marketing (creator economy, SaaS or D2C experience ideal).
- Proven track record growing social channels with high‑quality, on‑brand content.
- Excellent copywriting across short‑form video, social captions, blog and email.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools and data interpretation for content optimisation.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content discoverability best practices.
- Mastery of short‑form video from hooks, pacing, retention and trend adaptation for Tik Tok/Reels to briefing creators or editors effectively.
- Genuinely curious about the creator economy and able to craft authentic content for both creators and brands.
- Proficient in Cap Cut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools, with a sharp eye for layout, hierarchy and brand consistency.
- Culturally aware and deeply tuned into UK digital and creator culture to ensure content relevance and timeliness.
