This a creative agency specialising in retail product design and development, working closely with some of the UK’s biggest retailers. They take brands from concept to shelf — quickly, creatively, and with real commercial impact.
Known for their celebrity-endorsed partnerships and high-profile health & beauty launches, they're now looking for a hands‑on Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team and bring the wider portfolio of brands to life online.
The RoleThis is not a “sit-back-and-manage” position — it’s for someone who loves making content.
You’ll support multiple retail-first brands across beauty, skincare, supplements, kids and even pet care, helping build communities, drive awareness and create trust — all with the goal of pushing consumers towards major retailers like Asda, Tesco and Morrisons
.
Current brands include everything from skincare and supplements to kids and pet launches, with more exciting names in the pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing- Creating scroll-stopping content across Instagram, Tik Tok and beyond
- Managing and curating high-volume UGC that feels authentic and on‑brand
- Running day‑to‑day socials for 6+ brand accounts
, each with its own tone and audience - Developing content strategies that build awareness over time (not just quick performance wins)
- Supporting influencer gifting, creator partnerships and ambassador activity
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across ecommerce, product and brand teams
- Being the go‑to person for responsive, energetic social execution in a small, fast‑moving setup
This role suits someone who is:
- Truly passionate about social, content and community‑building
- Confident creating reels, carousels, Tik Toks and trend‑led formats quickly
- Comfortable juggling multiple brands at once Hands‑on, proactive, and happy working in a lean in‑house function
- More of a doer than a delegator — execution is everything here
- Familiar with tools like Canva, Cap Cut, scheduling platforms
, and ideally curious about AI
- Work across an exciting pipeline of retail‑first brands launching nationally
- Be part of a creative agency environment with real pace and variety
