This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in listing and launching properties to market – the vital first step in every successful sale.

  Conduct market appraisals, provide expert advice to homeowners, and secure new listings for the sales team.

• Client-first approach

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor throughout the selling journey.

• Showcase homes

  Arrange and conduct engaging property viewings, highlighting key features and answering buyer questions with confidence.

• Negotiate like a pro

  Handle offers between buyers and sellers, always working to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.

• Stay ahead of the market

  Advise clients on pricing strategies and share up-to-date knowledge of the local property landscape.

• Team up for success

  Collaborate with sales negotiators, admin staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

• Track your progress

  Work towards sales targets and KPIs, and keep the team in the loop with regular performance updates.

• Background in sales or customer-facing roles – estate agency experience is a big plus.

• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of the Marshalswick property market (or the drive to learn fast!).

• Organised, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A full UK driving license and access to your own car.
