St Albans | £20,000 basic | On target earnings £30,000 in year one

A well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in St Albans is looking to appoint a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join its busy residential sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their property career who is motivated, personable and keen to learn. Full training will be provided, with genuine support from experienced colleagues and clear progression available for those who perform well.

The Role

* Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements

* Arranging and conducting property viewings

* Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

* Supporting the sales process from offer agreed through to completion

* Building relationships with local buyers, sellers and investors

* Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system

* Contributing to the overall energy and performance of the team

Previous estate agency experience is not essential. Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles would be advantageous
