Key Responsibilities:

Preparing high-quality meals to a consistently high standard
Supporting resident's nutritional needs, including modified diets
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

What we're looking for:

Experience from a rosette, fine dining, or high-end care background
Strong knowledge of modified diets
A team-focused approach, whether working as a Cook or supporting at Sous Chef level
A genuine passion for food and service
