Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will support colleague development and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
The role is a 40-hour contract with flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. You will train staff on CT products and selling skills, while managing stock, compliance and admin tasks as part of store leadership.
